Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We are beyond proud of the products we produce here at Trotter Trades and stand behind their quality. If you have any concerns, please reach out directly and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
All non personalized products come with a 15 Day Quality Guaranteed Return or Exchange.
Custom Products are final sale. If there is a problem with the product, please let us know so we can correct any defects.
On occasion, clients, kids and pets may make an unattended alteration to your project. If at any point you would like help correcting the issues, please let us know. Returning clients will receive repairs at a nominal fee (damage dependent).
Wholesale Inquiries
If you're looking for a large order, please e-mail TrotterTradesCanada@gmail.com directly with inquires. Discounts are always offered for purchases of 5 or more products and we would be happy to work with you on your wholesale request to see if we can meet your needs.
