Shipping Policy
Shipping
All shipping is processed through Canada Post and the cost is assessed on a per order basis.
Smaller items that fit in letter mail (4"x7" bubble mailer) are offered at a flat rate of $4.50 or at no cost for orders above $150 (before taxes). Estimated shipping costs and delivery times for signs, when requested, will be provided during the mock up phase and determining factors including size, weight, and finish (exterior/interior/paint/stain) and these factors dictate lead times and costs. All signs are custom made to order and therefore standard rates do not apply. Within Canada shipping for 24" or smaller signs typically ranges from $30-$100.
Local Pickup
All products can be picked up from our shop at 6673 Wheeler St. Tamworth, ON. When notified of order completion, you will be asked to identify an approximate day for pickup to ensure the item is placed out for your arrival.
Local Delivery
If you're in the KFLA area (Kingston (not East end) to Belleville), local delivery is typically $15 and deliveries typically occur once per week. Please select "local delivery" or send an email to confirm if you are unsure if delivery is possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are beyond proud of the products we produce here at Trotter Trades and stand behind their quality. If you have any concerns, please reach out directly and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
All non-personalized products come with a 15 Day window for replacement or refund. Please reach out within 15 days of receipt of item to identify the issue so we can discuss a resolution. If order are:
1) Missing item(s)
2) Damaged, defective or broken
3) Incorrect (text, size, etc.)
4) Does not match the description
Custom Products are final sale. If there is a problem with the product, please let us know within 15 days so we can potentially correct the issue identified. Some corrections may be at the customer's expense (e.g. you made an error/approved an incorrect size/colour/text, improper handling) but please reach out so we can discuss. Once payment is received, orders can not be refunded or returned if you've changed your mind but a store credit it possible depending on the amount of work that has already been completed.
On occasion, clients, kids and pets may make an un-intended alteration to your project. If at any point you would like help correcting the issues, please let us know. Returning clients will receive repairs at a nominal fee (damage dependent).
Refunds are not available due to damage caused by hanging/mounting your sign to a surface. Occasionally mounting hardware is provided but can not be guaranteed to work with your space's needs.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, there is a problem, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us directly at TrotterTradesCanada@gmail.com. Please be specific and provide photos (if possible) to aid in our communications.
