Custom Products are final sale. If there is a problem with the product, please let us know so we can correct any defects. 

On occasion, clients, kids and pets may make an unattended alteration to your project. If at any point you would like help correcting the issues, please let us know. Returning clients will receive repairs at a nominal fee (damage dependent).

Refunds are not available due to damage caused by hanging/mounting your sign to a surface. Ocassionally mounting hardware is provided but can not be guaranteed to work with your space's needs.
